Hotel Manager

Responsibilities

  • General Management
  • Manage and oversee all departments of the Hotel
  • Good level of French
  • Lead a team of approx 15 people
  • Good Communication skills with staff and clients is essential
  • Responsible for all bar accounts/orders/stock levels
  • Ensure all health and safety aspects are in place
  • Quality control - essential for all departments
  • Accounts - Daily/weekly basis
  • Petty cash, bar accounts, Food, Laundry, Hotel Budgets
  • Excellent team playing skills, able to take on any role in the hotel if needed
  • Oversee in-resort finance and administration associated with in-resort sales
  • Meet and greet guests on arrival at the Hotel Deal with guest's/staff queries and problems
  • Drive company vehicles

Minimum requirements

  • Honesty and integrity
  • No criminal record
  • Confident, lively and outgoing
  • Diplomatic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible
  • Smart conventional appearance
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity
  • Numerate
  • Good conversational French and previous experience in a management role
